What Should I Wear?
Do not wear matching outfits. You are dressing for the elements, not a studio backdrop. I have built a specific, cinematic style guide for my clients that breaks down exactly how to use earth tones, heavy textures, and raw denim to match the Southern California landscape.
When Will I See My Gallery?
You will have your fully edited gallery within 2 to 3 weeks. I do not batch-edit or slap generic filters on your photos. Every single high-resolution file is individually color-graded to ensure the deep shadows, earth tones, and cinematic warmth meet my standard. If you need them faster for a specific deadline, let me know upfront and we can discuss a rush fee.
What Do You Shoot?
I document legacy and character. My work is broken down into three main categories:
Legacy: Unposed family documentation, rugged motherhood, and untamed childhood out in the elements.
The Character: Individual environmental portraiture and cinematic branding for artisans, laborers, and creatives.
The Work: Documentary-style daily grit, western lifestyle, and couples who want raw connection over stiff poses.

Do You Travel For Shoots?
Absolutely. The environment is half the photograph. My home base is Fontana, and travel within a 30-mile radius is included in your session. If we are heading out to Sequoia, the high desert, or up the rugged coast, a standard travel rate applies. Tell me the location, and I will meet you in the dirt.
What If The Weather Turns or Someone Gets Sick?
I have two young boys—I know exactly how fast a fever can wreck a schedule. If someone is genuinely sick, we reschedule. No stress. However, if the weather is just calling for heavy clouds, wind, or a marine layer, we shoot. Moody weather creates the best cinematic light. We only postpone for active rain or dangerous trail conditions.
How Long Does a Session Take?
Typically 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the scope of the project. But I don't shoot with a stopwatch. Real, unposed moments take a minute to unfold—especially when toddlers are involved. If it takes a little extra time for the kids to run off their energy or for you to get comfortable in the environment, we take the time. We are there to get the shot, period.
Do You Offer Prints or Albums?
Yes. These photographs are built to be physical heirlooms, not just digital files sitting on a phone screen. When your gallery is delivered, you will have access to a built-in print shop. I route all my physical orders through MPIX—a top-tier lab I trust exclusively. Every piece of art hanging in my own home was printed by them. You can order museum-quality canvases, deep matte prints, and custom frames directly from your digital vault.
Can I Bring My Dog or Extra Family Members?
Yes. Dogs belong in the landscape, bring them! If you are adding extended family members to a Legacy shoot, just let me know ahead of time so I can scale the session and adjust the timing properly. The more authentic the crew, the better the documentation.
